progression in a second casual team, seems u applying hardcore rules on a 'btr then lfr team'
Judging people on dps 1 week in, measuring dps on the wrong bosses where melee dps is low etc.
Not to mention lots of people not focussing at all, making noise in raid etc.
dont understand me wrong, i agree on all the dk's where low on dps , but u cant exspect casual people to be geared after 1 week.
and its very bad to judge people on dps instead of how hard they work for it or how well they behave and listen in raids.

We are casual as in "not everyone shows up every raid" yes, not casual as in "I havent prepared for raid". I agree people havent gotten ideal gear, some of use have 640+ while others are still aroudn 630, which is perfectly fine. But I DO expect people to at least do a good job in heroics before coming to raids.. that is plenty opportunity to help you prepare. I was judging people against others, and its not fair to the people putting in effort when others are not (and I do get a lot of /w about that). Tanks should not be doing more dps than dps classes. But I do agree dps hasn't been our biggest problem when learning, but it's been one of the big ones. We hit enrage on Tectus on both our good tries, including the kill. |

Dude u asked me to change from tank to dps, and u dont even give me a week to get used to it,
Khan spended some time in helping me today, but the way u act now is really patatic.
I had a issue with my rotation that khan greatly explained me.
But if u wanna act like this keep ur raid, ur not worth it to raid with.

Well it was your choice  I told you we didn't need more tanks, the alternative for you would have been not to go at all. I think we might scale our group down a bit tbh, I can't handle the drama of running a big group like this  |

dont go fullout on them in the first week.

Made great progress tonight. 1 heroic kill, 5 normal lots of loot. Dps and tactics/awareness a LOT better than last time. We'll clera HM hopefully on Sunday <3 |

In January we aim to solidify the tanking and healing core a bit more. I need 3-4 tanks, and already had very promising results with Croxoz tanking (and already got an idea for who else will tank with us). I also need 6-7 healers, all of which need to have a dps spec. I hope to give all tanks a chance to tank, but we'll probably stick to better geared ones for progression fights. Same goes for healers. I will continue to lead raids with Liam (Kolahn). The divide between player raid output has started growing more lately, and we cannot really have people in raid doing 13k dps whole others are above 20k. Please use the time over the holidays to optimize your gear, rotations etc so you can pull your own weight! I know this is a more "casual" raiding group, but that doesn't mean it shouldn't be efficient. It's not fun for the other players having to work harder because you aren't doing your own part. As you know I am logging all raids, and if players are constantly below average I might now be able to guarantee you a raid spot in the future  Use the tools you know to theorycraft and try at least standard specs.. Look at www.icy-veins.com, www.askmrrobot.com, forums etc.. |

We are starting regular raids tomorrow (wednesday) but also doing an optional raid tonight!
Starting next week we'll start putting less focus on normal mode and move into heroic
